Changes to Radiology Outpatient Services during COVID-19

During the COVID-19 outbreak the health and safety of our patients, visitors, employees, and communities must be our top priority. As part of our response, hospital resources are being directed away from non-urgent care. This means that many of our outpatient appointments are being redirected elsewhere to accommodate for the predicted surge of critically ill patients.
Our team at Western Health are working hard to ensure you receive the most time-sensitive, appropriate and safe care in the current situation and are in the process of contacting affected patients.

Information for Patients

If you have an upcoming appointment with us, we will soon be in contact with you. Your appointment may be postponed, cancelled or moved to a community provider. A list of providers is supplied at the bottom of this page.

Information for Referrers

We kindly ask GP’s to refer only patients requiring urgent Radiology examinations during this extraordinary time.
