Counselling - Adolescents, young adults and families

Providing a general health and medical drop-in service for young people.

What we do

The Adolescent, Young Adult and Family Counselling program provides individual and family counselling to young people and/or their family members.


Counsellors in the program also provide services and consultancy to a range of other organisations in the community who work with young people, particularly schools. 


A Medicare number is preferred, but not required. There is no cost for this service.

Who this service is for

All residents of the City of Melton and Moorabool Shire, aged 12–24 years or parents/carers/family members of young people in that age group whose primary issue of concern is a significant young person in their life.

City of Melton or Shire of Moorabool. 


Referrals

You can either be referred by a general practitioner, parents/carers, schools or other professionals/organisations, or you can self-refer.
