The ward is always staffed by Registered and Enrolled nurses.
Who this service is for
This service is for you if you are requiring public hospital care under the Medicare Agreement or are a private patient. All patients must be admitted by a Medical Officer with admitting rights to Western Health.
The cost to you is either through the Medicare Agreement if you are a public patient or by private health insurance cover.

Referred by Medical Practitioner or transferred from another hospital.
