Due to heavy demands on outpatient services, it is important to contact us if you do not need an appointment or if you need to reschedule.

If you do not need an appointment please call our cancellation line on 03 8345 6490 and follow the prompts.

It is very important to contact us if you need to reschedule. If you miss more than one appointment without letting us know before your appointment you may not be given another appointment.
