Nursing careers
At Western Health, we are proud of the outstanding care we provide and the strong teamwork that supports it. Our nurses play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centred care – always guided by our core values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
Diverse clinical experience
Serving one of Australia’s most diverse communities, Western Health offers nurses the opportunity to care for people across a wide range of settings and health needs – from Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to Geriatric Services. This variety supports professional growth and provides exposure to complex care delivery.
Western Health is also a leader in healthcare research. We are proud of our partnership with the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) and our growing research presence in nursing and midwifery.
