POSTGRADUATE STUDIES!
 

Western Health in partnership with respected Victorian Universities offers postgraduate programs for nurses interested in developing their knowledge and skills in speciality nursing practice. Programs include Cardiac Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Perioperative and Paediatrics.

Commonwealth Supported Postgraduate Places are available for many courses again in 2025. When looking for courses of interest, shop around to see if the course has this option.

• Opportunities to combine employment and study
• Increased opportunities to integrate theoretical knowledge into clinical practice by being employed in the speciality area being studied
• Academic pathways for higher degree studies
• Financial recognition i.e. Higher qualification allowance for nurses/midwives who complete postgraduate qualifications
• May be an opportunity for EBA study leave depending on professional EBA

• Ensure you place your email address on top of Bank Account Details section.
• Complete the Expense Payment Declaration Section.
• Place the amount.
• Sign and date the form where applicable.
   
• Please refer to your letter of acceptance and furnish paperwork as outlined in this letter.
