How the programs work

Each program is designed to help you succeed as you begin working in a new clinical environment. You’ll learn in a supportive, hands-on setting that encourages active participation in your learning journey.

 

The programs include:

  • online learning modules
  • study days
  • simulation-based training
  • one-on-one support in the clinical environment from specialty Clinical Nurse Educators.

 

These programs are ideal for nurses who want to build confidence, deepen their knowledge and grow their skills in a new area of practice.
