Urgent care

Bacchus Marsh Urgent Care is open 24 hours a day. It provides medical care for illnesses and injuries that require attention but are not life-threatening.

You should visit urgent care for an illness or injury if you can’t wait for a regular appointment with a General Practitioner (GP).

Virtual Emergency Department

For non-life-threatening conditions like infections, nausea, minor cuts, rashes, burns, or fractures, consider the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (Virtual ED)—a free, 24/7 video-based healthcare service.

Connect with emergency nurses and doctors via your smartphone, computer, or tablet. They can provide medical advice, prescribe medications, and arrange tests close to home.

Visit the patient section of the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department website to get started.

The Virtual ED is free for all Victorians.
